Fatia Industrial Co Ltd was established in 1978. Head office is located in Hong Kong.

We are having 43 years manufacturing experience from building plastic tooling to making small kitchen appliances. Recent years, we concentrate developing specialty coffee makers and coffee grinders.

​

Our Factories are in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, factories site are over 55,000m with air-condition production line, providing a high quality products and hygienic environment.  We have over 800 workers, the chief operation include our Management office, Plastic Injection Department, Production Department, Tooling Department, Metal Workshop, Silk/Pad print workshop, Purchasing Department, Engineer associate department and Quality Control department.

 

We have a well organize Testing Procedures.  All the raw materials have to pass an IQC test and checking before we will start the production.  Having completed the assembly, products have to go through QA test before a further inspection by our customers.

Our Tooling Department does have CNC, EDM, Wire-cut, Milling machines, Lathe, Metal pressing machines, and we have over Fifty five plastic injection machines in our Plastic Injection Workshop.  All the plastic injection machines came from Japan and Germany.

Our company system is running under ISO9001, and our QA department is following AQL Level I.  All of our products have been applied to have UL/CUL and TUV/GS approval.
